Do you need to buy IT services or products?

This can be an intimidating job… Working out what you need and writing it down so that suppliers can understand it, finding out who supplies what you want (and avoiding the cowboys), remembering to ask all the important questions and then assessing what the suppliers tell you.

  • Capture these requirements in a form suitable to send out to suppliers
  • Suggest a list of possible suppliers, all of whom will have been interviewed previously
  • With you, assess and score supplier responses according to your own priorities
  • With you, select and interview short-listed suppliers so you can decide who best meets your needs
  • If required, communicate the results (and reasons) to those who were not selected
