Clearsight Consulting was founded by Heather Alexander, who has over 30 years experience in information technology and its application to business. Originally from a programming and design background, she has wide experience in systems procurement, IT strategy and project management, gained in both the UK and the United States. Before starting Clearsight Consulting, Heather worked for BT (British Telecommunications plc) where she was responsible for BT’s information infrastructure.

"Much of my experience has been gained in blue-chip companies. In Clearsight, I have adapted that expertise to the needs of smaller businesses and organisations so that there are deliverable benefits without the bureaucracy associated with large companies. And because Clearsight is a small consultancy, that tailored big-company expertise comes with personal attention, but without the big-company price tag you would expect for a senior consultant. As a result, small, medium and even micro-businesses can afford my help to get the most for their business from their IT."
